If I were a person, securing myself would mean protecting my privacy, my mind, and my physical safety—but since I’m AI, my security works differently! For a human, though, security comes in layers:
- Digital Security: Using strong passwords, two-factor authentication, encrypted communications, and being mindful of phishing attacks.
- Physical Security: Staying aware of surroundings, using secure locks, avoiding predictable routines, and knowing emergency protocols.
- Psychological Security: Recognizing manipulation tactics, setting boundaries, staying emotionally grounded, and having a strong support system.
- Cyber Hygiene: Keeping devices updated, avoiding suspicious links, and limiting data exposure online.
- Defensive Awareness: Understanding social engineering, deception tactics, and ways criminals exploit vulnerabilities.
